Workshops & Trainings

The vidyalaya is committed to providing high-quality school education and requires to have fully committed and professionally competent employees – both teaching and non-teaching. The prime aim is to provide quality training and equip the Teachers and the Staff with the knowledge, skills, and attitude required for their professional development to contribute to the growth and development of students entrusted to their care.

KVS aims to offer comprehensive long and short-term training, including in-service courses, to enhance the efficiency of individuals in their professional and departmental responsibilities. Moreover, Induction/orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the KVS system are also conducted as and when required.

In addition to KVS training programs, teachers are encouraged to participate in and complete various courses, workshops, and modules designed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

The Vidyalaya hosts from time to time various in-house training for teachers through online and offline platforms.
