Choosing the right career for oneself is the most important decision in any individual’s life.
Career planning starts in the secondary and senior secondary school years.
An adequate understanding of oneself regarding academic potential, attributes, talents, interests, personality, values, expectations, and resources are very useful in this process.
In the Career Assessment program, about 250 students, underwent Psychometric Assessment in the areas of Aptitude, Intelligence & Interest.
Total 8 Tests, spanned over 4 hours. The students were divided in various batches for the ease of conduct of the Assessment.
Post-testing, a copy of the Career Guidance report was given to each student for future reference.
